Perth Convention Exhibition Centre has received the prestigious ‘Gold Plate Award 2008’ for venue caterer, which was presented by the Catering Institute of Australia (WA).

The award is open to venues catering within their own contracted premises and the category is judged on events and functions that they supply to.

The PCEC team was led by Adrian Tobin, who also took the team to win the award in 2005. “This award represents the excellent team we have at PCEC; we work as one and appreciate the positive recognition that the Gold Plate offers. Whether we are preparing a working lunch or a five star meal for 5000 – our approach is the same. We are dedicated to offering our clients innovative and exciting meals made with the finest produce, awards are fantastic but we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction everyday” said Adrian Tobin now Director of Food and Beverage.
